Description

CAPITAL A BERHAD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS AIRASIA GROUP BERHAD) ("CAPITAL A" OR THE "COMPANY") - WET LEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY AIRASIA BERHAD ("AAB"), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF CAPITAL A, WITH AIRASIA X BERHAD ("AAX")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 16 June 2022 in relation to the Wet Lease Agreement entered into by AAB with AAX (“Announcement”).

 

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.)

 

The Board of Directors of Capital A wishes to announce that the number of securities held by the directors who are also the major shareholders of AAX as stated in Section 2.3 of the Announcement should be as shown in the amended table set hereunder:-
