Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(52) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Capital A wishes to announce that Teleport, an indirect Singapore registered subsidiary of Capital A, had on 1 April 2022 implemented a share incentive scheme for its eligible employees, directors and advisors, which consists of an employee share option scheme and a share grant scheme (collectively, the “Teleport ESIS”). As at the date of this announcement, Capital A holds a 95.42% effective interest in Teleport.
