We refer to our announcement dated 3 January 2022 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 January 2022 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 28 January 2022.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "AIRASIA GROUP BERHAD" to "CAPITAL A BERHAD" with effect from 28 January 2022.
