The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 21 January 2021 unless otherwise stated.

We refer to the announcements dated 21 January 2021, 27 January 2021, 3 February 2021, 10 February 2021, 18 February 2021, 19 February 2021, 9 March 2021, 16 March 2021, 17 March 2021, 21 July 2021 and 26 July 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.

The Company has issued a total of 470,214,214 Placement Shares and raised gross proceeds of RM336.5 million from the Private Placement, via the following tranches:-

(i)         369,846,852 Placement Shares, being the first tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 19 February 2021; and

(ii)         100,367,362 Placement Shares, being the second tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 17 March 2021.

Further to the above, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has decided not to place out the remaining Placement Shares of the Private Placement. As such, the Private Placement is deemed completed.
