(Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s abridged prospectus dated 2 December 2021 in relation to the Rights Issue (“Abridged Prospectus”).)

We refer to the announcements dated 12 July 2021, 19 August 2021, 14 September 2021, 18 October 2021, 25 October 2021, 26 October 2021, 27 October 2021, 11 November 2021, 18 November 2021, 19 November 2021 and 2 December 2021 in relation to the Rights Issue, as well as the Abridged Prospectus.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue at 5.00 p.m. on 20 December 2021, AAGB had received valid acceptances and excess applications for 1,106,148,117 RCUIDS.

The details of valid acceptances and excess applications received are as follows:

* Inclusive of valid acceptance from SASB (being the renouncee of the Undertaking Shareholders) who had subscribed for 343,028,359 RCUIDS representing 26.40% of the total RCUIDS available for subscription.

The total number of excess RCUIDS available for allocation was 281,756,285. In view that the total number of excess RCUIDS applied for was 88,553,443, the Board has decided to allot the excess RCUIDS to all the entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) or transferee(s) who have applied for the excess RCUIDS in full.

The remaining 193,202,842 unsubscribed RCUIDS will be fully subscribed by the Joint Underwriters in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement.

Successful applicants of the RCUIDS will be issued with Warrants on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 RCUIDS subscribed.

The RCUIDS and Warrants are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 31 December 2021.
