On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 15 October 2021 (which was received today, 18 October 2021), granted its approval under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets & Services Act 2007 for the issuance of the RCUIDS, subject to the compliance with the standard conditions and continuing obligations as stipulated in the Guidelines on Issuance of Corporate Bonds and Sukuk to Retail Investors issued by the SC.
