Pursuant to Paragraph 14.02(c)(iv) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had on 25 August 2021 received notifications from the following Principal Officers in relation to their acceptance of the Letter of Offer for the Share Options offered under the Employees Share Option Scheme ("ESOS Options") as set out in the table below. The consideration paid by each Principal Officer is RM1.00 for the acceptance of the ESOS Options offered.
Remark: Pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, acceptance of options under a share issuance scheme or share option scheme is exempted from the general restriction on dealings during closed period.
