We refer to the announcements dated 22 March 2021, 14 April 2021, 7 May 2021, 25 May 2021, 28 May 2021, 17 June 2021 and 21 June 2021 in relation to the Acquisition.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 85,864,583 Consideration Shares will be issued pursuant to the Acquisition and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 29 June 2021.
Following the above, the enlarged total number of issued shares and share capital of the Company will be 3,898,052,879 AAGB Shares and RM8,462,769,800, respectively.
