The amounts due from subsidiaries are unsecured, interest free and have no fixed terms of repayment. The impairment recognised

in the prior year was in respect of a subsidiary which is dormant and has not commenced business operations. Other than this,

amounts due from subsidiaries have no history of default.

Included in current amounts due from subsidiaries is a receivable of IDR1,274 billion (equivalent to RM380,162,000) arising from the

disposal of perpetual capital securities which is repayable on demand.
