OUTLOOK
We operate in a market that is still under-
served. Within Asean, China and India
– which together have a population of
3.3 billion – there are only 0.3 flights
per capita as compared to 1.3 flights per
capita in the European Union (population:
509 million), and 2.5 in North America
(population: 357 million). Along with
increasing wealth, demand for travel – and
especially affordable travel – will continue
to increase our connectivity, stimulate
demand and grow rapidly.
